Privacy Policy

 These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the provision of CCTV and alarm systems and related services (“Services”) provided by Hierax Security Solutions Ltd hereinafter referred to as “the Company”, to the customer (“Client”). By purchasing or using the Services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 1. Services Provided The Company agrees to supply, install, and maintain CCTV and/or alarm systems as specified in the Client’s order or contract. 

Services may include:

Site assessment and consultation.  

Equipment supply (CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, alarm panels, sensors, etc.) ·      

Installation and configuration.

Maintenance and support (if applicable).   

Monitoring services (if included in the contract). 

2. Client Responsibilities The Client shall:    

Provide access to the premises at agreed times.       

Ensure that the environment is safe for installation.    

Obtain all necessary permissions for installation (e.g., landlord approval, planning consent). ·       

Not tamper with or attempt to repair equipment themselves.       

Comply with relevant data protection laws if using the system to monitor staff or the public.
3. Payments and Charges   

• Prices are as agreed in the quotation or invoice.
• Payment is due as specified (e.g., 50% deposit upfront, balance on completion).
• Late payments may incur interest at 20% per month.
• Additional services not included in the original quote will be charged separately.

4. Warranty and Maintenance 

• Equipment is covered by a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated.
• Maintenance plans are optional and may cover repairs, firmware updates, and performance checks.
• The warranty does not cover misuse, vandalism, electrical surges, or acts of God.

5. Monitoring Services If the Client subscribes to alarm monitoring: 

• The Company will forward alerts to the appropriate contacts or emergency services.
• The Company is not liable for any failure to notify if the alarm signal is not received due to power outage, internet failure, or other reasons outside our control.

6.  Liability 

• The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage.
• The Client acknowledges that the security system may act as a deterrent but does not guarantee the prevention of theft, damage, or unauthorized access.
• Maximum liability is limited to the value of the contract or replacement of defective equipment.

7. Termination       

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice.       

Early termination by the Client may be subject to fees for work completed or equipment supplied. ·       The Company may terminate immediately if the Client breaches these terms or fails to make payments.  

 8. Ownership and Risk 

• Ownership of equipment passes to the Client upon full payment.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the Client upon delivery or installation.

9. Data Protection       

The Company complies with applicable data protection laws. 

The Client is responsible for how surveillance footage is used and stored. 

Any footage collected should comply with privacy regulations and not infringe on individual rights.   

10. Amendments 

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time, with notice to the Client where applicable.
